At Host to Connect, we strive to provide our customers with reliable and satisfactory hosting and domain services. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Eligibility for Refund
1.1 3-Day Refund Window: If you experience any issues with our services and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within three (3) calendar days from the date of your initial purchase. This refund policy applies to first-time customers only.

1.2 Eligible Services: The following services are eligible for a refund under this policy:

Web hosting plans
Domain registration (subject to section 1.3 below)
Additional services purchased during the initial signup
1.3 Domain Registration Refunds: Domain registration fees may be eligible for a refund within the 3-day window if the domain has not been activated or transferred. Once a domain is registered and active, it cannot be refunded, but you may transfer the domain to another registrar.

2. Non-Refundable Services
2.1 Renewals: Renewals of any service are non-refundable. This includes domain renewals, hosting plan renewals, and any other service renewals.

2.2 Add-Ons and Additional Services: Any add-ons, such as SSL certificates, dedicated IPs, or website builders, are non-refundable once they have been activated.

2.3 Setup Fees: Any setup fees associated with the initial configuration of your hosting account or other services are non-refundable.

2.4 Violations of Terms of Service: Refunds will not be issued if you are found to be in violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to cases of misuse, illegal activity, or breach of our acceptable use policy.

3. How to Request a Refund
3.1 Submitting a Request: To request a refund, you must contact our support team within the 3-day refund window. Please provide your account details, the reason for your refund request, and any relevant information that will help us process your request quickly.

3.2 Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

3.3 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

4. Special Considerations
4.1 Promotional Pricing: If you received a promotional discount on your initial purchase, the refund amount will be limited to the actual amount paid and will not include the equivalent of the standard price.

4.2 Multiple Refund Requests: This refund policy is intended for first-time customers. If you request multiple refunds or abuse this policy, Host to Connect reserves the right to deny further refund requests and may terminate your account.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy
5.1 Policy Updates: Host to Connect reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates.
